Since
2009, The "Art of Investing" Discussion Group has met every Monday
during the summer season at Chautauqua Institution - except for the 2020
& most of the 2021 Season due to Covid19. The group members,
led by Dennis Galucki, a retired financial advisor, are encouraged to
share their insights and personal experience with investing, primarily
in the stock market. This is the 122nd "Art of Investing" class
discussion at CHQ's Smith Memorial Library.
Galucki's twin investment rules and ideas have provided the basis for much of the discussion since 2009:
First, know what you own and why you own it;
Second, appreciate the disciplines of balance and performance measurement.
